I feel great about the card this week. Yeah I know… you’re always supposed to feel good about your picks otherwise you shouldn’t pick it in the first place. We all know that’s not how it goes. I feel a big weekend coming for Guy #1. Let’s take a look at the weekend playlist:

If you read the intro and don’t just go to the songs you’d see that for the week I “feel great about” started with a loss. Yeah yeah yeah…. I do believe the Lumineers said it best: “It’ll be okay”
Louisiana Tech vs. FIU U58 – For Free by DJ Khaled & Drake
When I picked this song the following thought went through my head: “these teams so bad, I shouldn’t have to watch for free” The irony is that technically I’m paying to watch this game. BUT, you should never let the truth get in the way of a good story.
FDC: Penn State TT U21.5 – Stressed Out by Twenty One Pilots
The tittle for this one speaks for itself. OSU will keep PSU in check. Fitting that the guys from Columbus will sing us home.
Georgia Tech vs. Florida State U48 – We Don’t Talk Anymore by Charlie Puth & Selena Gomez
Feels like I haven’t bet a Georgia Tech under in a while. Let’s change that.
FDC: Northwestern vs. Iowa U36.5 – Cover Me Up by Morgan Wallen
Okay, okay… If you’ve heard this song you know this is the PERFECT song for this game. I mean, quotes for days. “We ain’t leavin’ this room ‘Til someone needs medical help or the magnolias bloom. It’s cold in this house and I ain’t goin’ out to chop wood.” NOTHING is going to happen in this game. Cozy up with your favorite blanket and rest easy friends.
FDC: Oklahoma State +1.5 – Oklahoma Smokeshow by Zach Bryan
At this point you’re probably thinking I’ve got a hard on for OkSt and Zach Bryan. Well you’d be right about one of those. I think my GUY Spence is going to ball and look like an “Oklahoma Smokeshow” (from Texas, I think).
Georgia -22.5 – Global Concepts by Robert DeLong
Here’s a concept: You don’t get rich betting against Georgia. (unless you do, I haven’t looked it up)
FDC: Tennessee TT O38 – Diamond In My Pocket
I pretty much want to marry Tennessee team totals. That’s all.
Baylor +2.5 – Old Fight by The Baylor University Golden Wave Band
Easy money. Tell the trumpets, tubas, trombones and all the other instruments that don’t start with T to get ready. (that’s right, I know alliteration plays)
FDC: Mississippi vs. Texas A&M U55 – Eleanor Thornton by Liam St. John
Not really sure this is the most hype song for my biggest bet. But I feel like it works for a game you hope ends 2-0.
Pittsburgh vs. North Carolina O64.5 – Chasing Highs by ALMA
Not just chasing highs on this one. Love this over.
